About the event
Join us for a relaxed and welcoming Winter Warmers evening where you can connect, unwind, and enjoy good food, music, games, and community in a warm and inclusive space.
The evening begins with arrival and check-in from 4:00–4:30pm, giving everyone time to settle in, catch up with familiar faces, and ease into the atmosphere at their own pace.
From 4:30–5:30pm, there will be a range of relaxed games and social activities available. Guests can enjoy simple board games like Snakes and Ladders, card games such as Uno, and other easy social options including Connect Four, Jenga, dominoes, colouring activities, and conversation spaces. There will also be quieter areas available for anyone who would like a calmer environment throughout the evening.
At 5:30pm, we’ll begin serving a selection of warm soups with bread rolls — a chance to pause, warm up, and enjoy some casual conversation together.
